Aquaculture awareness
is gaining momentum with the amount of positive press more numerous now than
negative. People are realizing that managing the ocean harvest means less fish
which equates to less product and higher prices. Without aquaculture that trend
will continue. I think it is important to get in the game soon. If you are in
two or three years ahead of the competition it is easier to survive temporary
gluts in production or production lags at our own facility. It also allows you
to set the price rather than matching or undercutting established markets.
