The California Aquaculture Association (CAA)
and the aquaculture industry will be well represented again this year
at the California State Fair. The association will sponsor a day of
special events on Aquaculture Day at "The Farm" on Saturday, July 23. The day will include informational presentations,
cooking demonstrations by leading chefs, and special opportunities to
sample California's seafood treats!
